“Drew Fein is an incredible attorney and I'm so happy to have her in my corner.”
Practice Overview
Drew Fein provides strategic legal counsel across a broad spectrum of real estate and commercial matters, offering practical guidance grounded in both legal expertise and business acumen. Her practice includes real estate transactions, leasing, land use, commercial litigation, construction defect disputes, banking and finance law, and business development. She represents a diverse range of clients, including property owners, developers, real estate investors, financial institutions, lenders, contractors, and closely held businesses throughout Colorado.
Drew is known for translating complex legal challenges into clear, actionable strategies. Whether structuring a transaction, negotiating a lease, advising on development-related issues, or resolving disputes through litigation, she brings a steady, business-minded approach that helps clients move forward with confidence. Her experience in commercial real estate, including leasing and land use, makes her particularly well-suited to support companies with physical infrastructure needs, such as those in the space, technology, and industrial sectors.
If you’re seeking an attorney who brings together legal experience, entrepreneurial insight, and a thoughtful, human-centered approach, Drew is ready to advocate for you.
Space Industry Legal Services
As part of her broader business and real estate practice, Drew advises clients in the commercial space sector. She works with space startups, venture-backed companies, and nonprofits on matters including regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, risk management, and entity formation. Her experience in commercial leasing and land use equips her to support space ventures with terrestrial legal needs, such as securing facilities, structuring partnerships, and navigating zoning or development issues, as they scale operations and infrastructure.
With a strong foundation in business law and a deep personal commitment to human space exploration, Drew is uniquely positioned to support organizations operating in this fast-evolving industry. She understands the regulatory and operational complexities of space commercialization and provides legal strategies designed to enable sustainable, mission-aligned growth.
She works with founders, investors, and mission-driven organizations operating at the intersection of aerospace, emerging technology, and innovation.
Leadership & Community Involvement
Beyond her legal practice, Drew is a dedicated community leader and advocate. She currently serves as dual chairperson of the Arapahoe County Bar Association, where she advances professional development and legal education initiatives. In 2018, she was honored with the Tommy D. Drinkwine Award for Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year in recognition of her commitment to community impact and client service.
Drew is also the Special Nonprofit Advisor for The SpaceLab, a nonprofit focused on fostering the next generation of leaders in space-focused science and technology. Through this role, she supports initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the legal and space industries—particularly for women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and communities of color.
She mentors aspiring attorneys through the University of Denver Sturm College of Law’s Professional Mentoring Program and is a passionate advocate for inclusive space policy and the future of human space travel. Her approach to law and leadership is grounded in discipline, curiosity, and a drive to serve—values that also shape her personal pursuits, from earning a black belt in Kung Fu to becoming certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Outside of her professional work, Drew enjoys traveling with her husband, discovering great food and wine, watching rocket launches, and spending time outdoors.
