Nicole H. Kone is an associate attorney who assists senior attorneys with drafting motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. She often works on matters related to civil litigation, commercial matters, and estate planning.
Nicole obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, School of Law. During her time there, Nicole’s studies centered both Business and Environmental Law. She was also a writer and Executive Board member on the Environmental Law Journal. Prior to law school, Nicole attended the University of Florida and earned her degree in both Economics and Sustainability Sciences, with a certificate in Sustainable Business.
Before joining Brown Dunning Walker Fein Drusch PC, Nicole gained invaluable experience in both litigation and transactional law at the Office of the Boulder City Attorney and as part of the in-house counsel team at a local company in Boulder.
In her personal time, Nicole enjoys baking, hiking, camping, and finding a good place to read a book.
